Create a poster promoting you on your journal page.  I found a rock concert ad in a local paper that inspired the style of this page.  Create boxes and fill them with colors and designs that represent who you are.  They don’t have to be great drawings or even make sense to anyone but you.

What is happiness?  What does that word mean to you?  If you want, just write about what it means to you personally.  But the challenge this week is to create a visual representation of happiness.  What does it look like?  What colors represent happiness?  What shapes?

Are you willing to be accountable?

Do you ever find yourself saying things such as, “I wouldn’t have done it, if he hadn’t ______.” or “Bad things always happen to me.” ?  Use your journal to explore an alternative way to view life. What would be different if  we looked at ourselves first when blaming?

The second, and necessary, step in this process is forgiveness.  If we admit our wrongdoing, we must be willing to forgive ourselves for making mistakes.  And move on.
