I found some great images of grungy backgrounds here at PSD Rockstar. There are 60 of these images to download and lots of them would be great for journal page backgrounds.
I find these types of images to be great inspiration for painting backgrounds, too. In fact, I’m going to try to paint something similar to the one above in my journal tomorrow!
