I didn’t have time to write a tutorial this week with the boys here, but here is one from http://cutoutandkeep.net that I love.  You cout these stars out of magazine images, scrapbook paper or whatever you want.  Aren’t they great?  Here is the tutorial.

Have fun!

What a fab typo that is! “cout”. I assume you meant “cut out” but hey, I prefer the word cout myself!

I’m off to check out the tut. Those stars look great. :)

Thank you so much for this! This gave me an idea to do for a Father’s Day Card. I made a star out of that copper roof sheeting I have, to put on some “faux leather” paper made from that red rosin paper. Gracias!

lol Claire…it was a typo. I make up words like that all the time :)

  4. Zura Says:

How did you do the faux leather on the rosin paper? Want to write a tut for me??? :D

  5. Kristina Says:

Sure, I’ll write a tut for you. I already did it, so it won’t be photo intensive, but it’s very easy to do.
