Inspiration but no energy for art
I have had a really hard time getting anything done since I got back from my trip. I’ve been beating myself up over my lack of motivation. I’ve had what I thought were allergies since I came home, and tonight it dawned on me that I have some sort of respiratory infection. Duh! Sometimes I am so out of touch with my body! I haven’t felt good and that is why it’s been so hard to get anything done.
While I was gone I went to a lot of stores and places where I got a lot of inspiration for some new art projects. I hope to go to some estate sales this weekend because I need some things for these projects that I dont’ have now. While I was gone, I did get one box of art supplies to bring home, but I forgot it and left it in my son’s car so I still don’t have them here. :::sigh::::

Please don’t beat yourself up Z. Nobody feels creative when they feel like crap! Maybe you just need to practice some self-care and get some extra rest. Can your son mail you your box of supplies? I’ve got oodles of stuff here too, I will extend the offer again to send you some stuff. I’ll just stuff it in a flat-rate box, let me know! Hugs.
Holly, you are so nice to offer. Jazzy and Kristina sent me a LOT of supplies, which was so nice! But now, I need specific things for the projects I have in mind. The box is pretty large so I don’t think he will mail it,but he’s supposed to be riding up here pretty soon so hopefully I’ll get it before too long. I’m going to estate sales tomorrow and try to find some wooden picture frames and some wood for some things I’m wanting to make.
