Road Trip!

My photo for today is of the mess I’ve created trying to pack for my trip. I’m leaving tomorrow to go to Texas. I’m flying to Dallas to see my older son and his family. It’s been a while since I’ve seen my grandkids and I’m really looking forward to spending time with them. On Sunday I will drive from Dallas to Midland where my younger son and his girlfriend live. I’ll be there a week. My dear friend, Paula, has moved back to Midland from AZ and we are going to do a workshop so I’m excited about that for sure!
I probably won’t have a chance to post while I’m gone, but when I get back I’ll have lots of photos to share.

Sure wish I’d known you were heading this way. Maybe we could have met for lunch while you were here.
I don’t know if you remember me. I don’t think we had any classes together but I’ve organized all of our reunions.
Have you been to any? I’m thinking I didn’t use facebook when we were searching or I would have found you.

I was only there for a couple of days, but when I come back for a longer visit, I’ll get in touch with you! I think I remember you, but not sure if you are the Shirley I”m think of. My yearbooks are packed away so I can’t look you up
I haven’t been to any of the reunions, but I’m still in touch with Kathy Schieren and we often threaten to come to one together. So maybe next time?
